look what two hours in a chair gets ya! yesterday mom and i went *shoppin* in tuscon. it was a fantastic day! good food. relaxed conversation. a nice cloud cover that made the city bearable. got my hair done, found a wedding 'dress' , walked blocks and blocks, hit trader joes on the way home. was a happy day.

we braided my friend deb's hair like that one summer's day earlier this year. it took four of us three hours.. she has beautiful thick chocolatey hair all the way to the bottom of her back :o)
her husband came in, grinned and started talking to her in a jamaican accent !!!!!

i used to do my R13's hair like that, now the only thing she'll let me do to her hair is straighten it :o)
honestly it didn't turn out quite as i had pictured - but i got it done at a beauty school and the chick was FAST and pretty cheap. I do like it now and it should last awhile. :)
