moments of truth and clarity

few and far between. lurking in a shadow. popping out to give a shout...
folks, the last month has been a blur. transition back to the norm was rough. you fine readers left in the dark for so many reasons. now to shed some light. an apology of sorts...
i don't like posting without photos. we are still without a home computer and time i spend at the library is limted and spent hushing a boy-child-banshee. my moods swing wild these days. trying my damndest to follow mom's advice. taking the good seriously. taking the crumbs with salt. in the midst of all our plans now change. again. again. again. no alaska this summer. pat heading back out first come may. i'll hold down this fort and sit tight with the kiddos. this is all very welcome despite the idea of a longer seperation then we've known to date. focusing on photos. focusing on work. focusing on the beauty.
boy-banshee doing his thing. library closing soon. love to you in your various adventures.

I've been missing you a lot. A lot. I didn't realize just how very much I keep up with you via your blog here. I dunno what we're going to be able to do in August (just one week.) I don't know where we could meet up halfway between us. I think all of us descending upon the folks would be. . . a bit much. . . I love you.

I love the way you write. I remember the two years we lived in Colorado Springs I had to use the library computer. You only got one hour and could only use them once a day. I also chicken peck the keys with one finger and got stared at a lot. It was a great library though - I miss it. It had such a great range of different people from the wealthy to the homeless. I was always sweet to the poor Moms in there trying to type with there kids in tow. I knew I was blessed to be able to go alone after Jack was born. After that I never take my computer for granted and I know I'm blessed to have it. Praying for some peace for you. I would love to get your address if you don't mind and send you a package. Take care out there - Hugs!

Glad to hear you are all back safely. I'm sure all the changes have had their ups and downs. So sorry you and Pat have to spend time apart. I so dislike when I and hubby have to be apart for any length of time. We got married because we love being together, so being apart just seems weird. I look forward to when you get a chance to post again.

Peace to you.
